1. Main idea : illegal logging has become a global epidemic and the organized crime is going unpunished . It's causing financial losses and damage to the environment.
2. Audience : the author audiences to everyone to protect the forest. Because this is the serious problem over the world.
3. Purpose : the author wants to inform the reader about the loss of billions of dollars worth of trees being illegally cut down and sold.
4. Opinion :"We need to fight organized crime in illegal logging the way we go after gangsters selling drugs or racketeering,"
5. My opinion : I choose this topic because trees are important to everyone , and illegal logging is bad because it causes harm to the environment
