How to
make curry.
Curry is the
traditional food , especially in India , and some of the countries in North India
like Nepal . This is the food takes a long time to cook . You will know more
information about curry when you check a link .On article explains (Curry
History n.d.). Curry has not too many step , by following my steps you might
successfully make the dish .
First of all , you should take time to prepare everything . I’ll show
you how to cook for four people . You should buy five hundred gram chicken ,
that is the main ingredient . You shouldn’t
buy legs and wings chicken , it’s not fit to curry , thick chicken is the
best part to cook curry . Next , you should choose between sweet potato and
taro . In my country , especially in the south Viet Nam , we only use sweet
potato . A half carrot is the next . Next is two lemongrass , one bowl coconut
milk , one curry powder , salt , sugar , onion , ginger , garlic , sweet fennel
, and tapioca starch .
Second step , after preparing , we start
to prepare with our food and seasoning . First , you clean the chicken , cut
them to small pieces, then mix them with curry powder . Next , you take out the
sweet potato peel , clean it , cut them to small pieces same size as your thumb
. Next , you cut carrot , onion to any shape you want , then you cut each
lemongrass to 5 pieces and smash it . Finally you smash the garlic and ginger .
Finally, preparing is done . we can cook
right now . First , you should fry the sweet potato , because it will not
crushed when you stew it in a long time . After that , you should throw away a
little oil in the pan , just keep enough make your pan wet , then you put
chicken mixed with curry powder , lemongrass , garlic , and ginger in the pan ,
and fry it a little in low medium heat , then put everything from the pan into
a pot . Next , you put coconut milk in the pot , use medium heat to cook in
thirty minutes until the chicken’s soft . After that , you can put sweet potato
in the pot , and put some water when you see not enough soup in the pot , or
you want to eat with more soup . You can leave it in twenty minutes , taste
your curry , if you don’t like , you can put a little sugar or salt until you
taste good . That’s all the steps .However , curry is popular , I just explain
how to make curry in my country , so we still have a lot of kind of curry . Let

can enjoy your curry with your family . You can eat with baguette , rice ,
vermicelli rice . Finally , in my opinion ,curry is the food for holiday , most
of the holiday , Vietnamese cook curry , so it’s not only the food , it make everyone together and happy .

Hi Khan. I think your conclusion shouldnt have any new information like sides for curry. I'll try your recipe because I love curry, my favorite it's the one that has a yellowish colour.
